About the Event

he Mini Dash is a community fitness event for children and families

This fun and friendly event hosts a running relay race for children and an interactive activity village.
The relay race encourages team work as children run with four friends and the race course will vary according to the age category.

Age group categories & distances:

•5-7 years old – 200m each child (parent/guardian welcome to run with child)
•8-10 years old – 400m each child
•11-13 years old – 800m each child
•Teams of 5 runners
•The race is accessible to all levels of fitness

The activity village also offers a range of games and sports for the whole family in addition to nutrition information, healthy food and drink stands and a main stage with live entertainment.
